Approved Mortgages Increase

The national press seems to delight in gloom-mongering, but gives little publicity to the good things in life. Which is presumably why news from the Council of Mortgage Lenders that the number of approved mortgages rose by 5% this month, went pretty well unheralded. However this is great news and at Gilyard Scarth, things are beginning to bubble. We are looking forward to a successful Autumn following a reasonably busy Summer.
