A popular figure in the Dorset and Somerset Estate Agency world, Richard has worked in the area for over twenty years, latterly joining Gilyard Scarth as a Partner and taking responsibility for the Auction Department.
Richard and Hughe work together in Sherborne, assisted by Senior Negotiator Sue Kendall, Administrator (and wife) Lorna Perry, Secretaries Jackie Hales and Carol Savage, and weekend assistant Harold Smith.
