Richard Keenlyside started his career in Estate Agency in 1982 having previously worked for large corporations in banking and industrial relations. Initially working and training with a firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors on The Solent, he moved to Shaftesbury in 1986 and opened our Shaftesbury Office in 1995. Richard is a Partner and Chartered Surveyor and uses his wealth of experience and local knowledge to provide honest and friendly advice on all aspects of residential marketing and valuations. He is ably assisted by Jane Mullins and Sarah Weech, and at weekends by Mai Cridge.
Outside Gilyard Scarth he is involved in the local community, in which he believes strongly, and is married with one daughter, currently at university. He enjoys boating and holidaying on the south coast.
